As we work with international suppliers (dropshipping model), delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Europe: 7–18 business days

  • Other countries: 10–25 business days

In rare cases, delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or carrier issues.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 2–5 days for tracking updates to appear in the system.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your local carrier first.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
